There are two main objectives of the course. The first one is to introduce students with the concept of complete (total) translation and inter-semiotic translation with special review of prose translation - film and other arts on one side and mental translation as the basis for text reception on the other. The second objective is to familiarize students with the concept of interculturality which characterizes audio-visual translation and translation of newspaper articles in a special way.
